Please join The Painting Center this coming Thursday for the opening reception for Zero Gravity / Heavy Weather in the Main Gallery and Margaret McCann: The Art of Losing in the Project Room.

Zero Gravity / Heavy Weather presents six New York City painters who explore contrasting, internally consistent material and thematic approaches to physical and conceptual weight in painting.

In the Project Room Margaret McCann paints the ‘woman behind the curtain’ - a culprit who plays out a range of feeling–from ineptitude to grandiosity–familiar to any painting devotee.
